Our Swish event was enjoyed by everyone who came and also those volunteers who helped - thank you very much.

The date was an unfortunate choice as it was very bad weather and some couldn’t make it for floods and also being in carnival week there was also a big rounders match on.

Many thanks also to Cornwall Council's waste awareness team who came and displayed and gave away recipe books among other giveaways.

However we made £60 profit which will go to the Joe Way Appeal and many people found some lovely clothes which fitted perfectly... and we had a lot of fun.

We are keen to hold another clothes swap in September and it will be on a Saturday morning – if you have any unwanted clothes start to save them up and watch out for the date.
