TRANSITION HANDBOOKS

To celebrate our first anniversary, Transition Lostwithiel donated two copies of Rob Hopkin's Transition Handbook to the Town Council and Lostwithiel Forum Development Trust.

At the Lostwithiel Town Council meeting on 3rd June 2008, a Transition Handbook was presented by Transition Lostwithiel to Mayor Rob Pereath on behalf of the Town Council.

At an Open Meeting of the Lostwithiel Forum Development Trust on 24th June 2008 to review the Area Action Plan five years on, Transition Lostwithiel presented a Transition Handbook to David Dunkley on behalf of the LFDT. We took part in the brainstorming session where issues and ideas were suggested for the next five years and made a short presentation to explain our aims and objectives.

Both books were received with thanks and Transition Lostwithiel were invited to form a subgroup of the LFDT.
