ST WINNOW SCHOOL TREE PLANTING

December 4th, St Winnow School

Transition Lostwithiel were invited to attend an event at St Winnow School to plant apple trees and launch their healthy lunch menu. The trees were planted during Plant a Tree Week and form the first step in an organic orchard at the school. The pupils are learning about growing and eating their own produce, from field to plate, and we were delighted to be involved.
