This is a list of the events which have been held by Transition Lostwithiel.
- Battery recycling tube - thanks to the generosity of the people of Lostwithiel and the kind co-operation of Julie Manwaring, Transition Lostwithiel were able to install a battery recycling tube at Londis in Lostwithiel

- Transition Handbook handover - to celebrate our first anniversary, a copy of Rob Hopkin's Transition Handbook was presented to the Town Council and Lostwithiel Forum Development Trust.
- Pencarrow Fayre - Smallholders' Country Fayre and Farmers' Market held by Cornwall Guild of Smallholders in partnership with Transition Lostwithiel.
- Lostwithiel Festival - stalls and entertainment all over town for the 2008 Lostwithiel Festival.
- Seedy Saturday - community seed and seedling swap, held in partnership with the Duchy of Cornwall.

On Friday 29th February and Saturday 1st March we held three excellent events covering the important areas of energy for Lostwithiel: renewable energy options for the home, a workshop around energy saving and efficiency, options for community energy projects and a case study from South Wheatley.

On Friday 25th January we screened the BBC Natural World documentary Hawai'i - Message in the Waves, followed by a talk by Richard Bower MBE which inspired lively discussion about the possibility of becoming a plastic bag free town.
